2. Production Mockup: Within 2 business days, we'll send you the production mockup based on your design. Customizations may take up to a week, and you'll have the chance to approve the final mock-up or suggest changes.
3. Production and Delivery: Once you approve the mock-up, your design will go into production. Production time will be specified for each product, and delivery time depends on the shipping
method you choose.
Please upload a high-resolution file so your print quality comes out fantastic! .AI or .EPS files are the best format.
When designing your product, you may choose to advise the precise Pantone colors for a matching outcome. If you're unsure, we'll strive to achieve the closest possible color match.
Please note that for certain products, achieving an exact color match may not be feasible due to the limitations of the printing process on the product. In such cases, we will notify you.
We totally understand that things can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or make changes to your order. We're here to help. You can cancel your order any time before it goes into customization and production. Just give us a shout, and we'll take care of it for you.

Absolutely yes! We will not proceed to production until you approve the mock-up design.
We work hard to ensure that your order is produced to meet your specifications. We will get your approval on the colors and design before it goes into final production. Once produced, all sales are considered final and products cannot be returned and refunded.
